Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about renting a roll-off dumpster in Mobile, Baldwin County, and the Alabama Gulf Coast.

Q:How fast can I get a dumpster delivered in Mobile or Baldwin County?

We offer guaranteed same-day delivery when you book before 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Sunday. For orders placed in the afternoon, we guarantee next-morning delivery by 8:30 AM.

Q:Will the roll-off dumpster damage my concrete, brick paver, or asphalt driveway?

No. Every Summit View delivery includes our proprietary CoastalGuard™ Driveway Protection protocol. We place heavy-duty hardwood timber runners under the steel wheels and contact points, distributing weight evenly and preventing scratches, cracks, or ruts.

Q:What is included in Summit View's flat-rate rental pricing?

Our all-inclusive flat rate covers: delivery, 7-day on-site rental period, generous included weight allowance (2.0 to 4.5 tons depending on bin size), pickup, transport, landfill disposal fees, and driveway protection. Zero hidden fuel surcharges or administrative fees.

Q:Do I need a city permit for a dumpster in Mobile, AL?

No permit is required if the dumpster is placed on your private driveway, private parking lot, or job site property. A City of Mobile Right-of-Way permit is only needed if the container must sit on a public street or sidewalk.

Q:What items are NOT permitted in Summit View dumpsters?

In accordance with Alabama state and federal environmental regulations, we cannot accept: hazardous chemicals, paints, solvents, motor oils, asbestos, propane tanks, car batteries, biohazard medical waste, and sealed radioactive or toxic materials. Standard household, construction, remodeling, roofing, and green waste are 100% welcome.

Q:Can I extend my rental period if my project takes longer?

Yes! Simply call or email us before your scheduled pickup date. Additional days are available at a low flat daily rate of $15/day, giving you total flexibility to finish your project on your own timeline.

Q:How high can I fill the dumpster?

Debris must be level with the top rim of the dumpster. Federal and Alabama DOT safety regulations mandate that all haul trucks must tarp the container before transport on public highways.
